#1. Who we are

Quantiko (the “service”) is operated by GALAXICA LLC (“we”, “us”), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Quantiko.

#2. Eligibility and invite-only accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Quantiko.
• Quantiko is currently invite-only. You can request an invite, but we decide at our discretion whether and when to issue one. An invite link is personal, works once, may expire, and may be tied to a specific email address — please don't share or sell it.
• You must give accurate information when you register and keep your email address current.
• An account is for one person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or by automated means.

#3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Use a strong password that you don't use elsewhere. If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us straight away through our contact form.

#4. The service

You describe a task and Quantiko chooses an AI model from one of several third-party providers to answer it. The routing choice is based on Quantiko's own editorial scores for quality, speed, task compatibility and cost — it is not a guarantee that the chosen model is objectively the best for your task. Answers are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a person before you see them.

#5. AI outputs: check before you rely on them

For example, if you ask Quantiko to explain a contract, a lease, a bill or a bank statement, treat the answer as a starting point only: check it against the original document and, for anything important — money, health, legal rights, safety — confirm it with the organisation concerned or a qualified professional before you act. You are responsible for how you use the answers you receive.

#6. Third-party AI providers

To generate an answer, the content of your task (including relevant earlier messages in the conversation and the names of any attached files) is sent to the provider of the model chosen for that task — currently Anthropic, OpenAI, Google (Gemini) or Mistral AI. Those providers process it under their own business/API terms to produce the answer. See our Privacy Policy for details. Don't include information in a task that you are not entitled to share.

#7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Quantiko to:

• create, store or share content that is illegal, or that infringes anyone's rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
• harass, threaten, defame, deceive or impersonate others, or generate content that promotes violence, hatred or the exploitation of children;
• use outputs to harm others — for example fraud, phishing, spam, malware or targeted misinformation;
• attempt to break, probe, overload or circumvent the service or its security — including scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing invite or rate limits, or attacking the underlying models to extract restricted content;
• resell or provide the service to third parties, or access it by automated means, without our written permission;
• violate the usage policies of the AI providers whose models answer your tasks.

We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

#8. Your content

• Your inputs are yours. You keep all rights you have in the tasks, messages and file names you submit (“inputs”).
• Outputs. As between you and us, we give you whatever rights we have in the answers generated for you (“outputs”), subject to the terms of the AI provider that generated them. Outputs may not be unique — other people may receive similar answers — and may not be protectable by copyright.
• Licence to us. You give GALAXICA LLC a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate, secure and support the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.
• You are responsible for having the right to submit your inputs.

#9. Fees

Quantiko is currently free to use for invited users. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and you will only be charged if you expressly agree.

#10. Early access and changes to the service

Quantiko is in an early, invite-only phase. We are actively changing it: features, the models and providers we route between, and usage limits may change, and the service may be interrupted, suspended or discontinued. Where a change significantly affects you, we will try to give reasonable notice — and if we discontinue the service we will give you a reasonable opportunity to request a copy of your conversations.

#11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you keep all the rights that the law of your country gives you, and nothing in these terms affects them.

Subject to that:

• the service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, and, to the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose;
• to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your reliance on AI outputs that you did not verify, for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of profits, business or data;
• to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to USD 100.

#12. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Quantiko at any time and ask us to delete your account through our contact form, using your account email address. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other people. Where reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. When an account is closed we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (for example 8, 11 and 13) continue to apply.

#13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. However, if you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. We'd always prefer to resolve a problem informally first — please contact us.

#14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will give you notice (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect; if you don't agree, you can stop using Quantiko and close your account.
